Hi, I'm Brittany, owner of The Busy Bee Daycare. Creating a warm, safe, and inspiring environment for children has always been my passion. Every child deserves to feel loved, encouraged, and celebrated while learning through play. My goal is to provide a true home-away-from-home where children build confidence, curiosity, and lifelong friendships.
With over 16 years of experience caring for children and families, I believe the little moments matter most — the morning hugs, the messy art projects, the first words in sign language, and the excitement of discovering something new every day.
Childhood should feel magical. We believe it isn't meant to be rushed — it should be filled with muddy boots, painted hands, storybooks, laughter, friendships, and the confidence that comes from feeling deeply loved.
From newborn nursery through kindergarten readiness, every Busy Bee has a place built just for them.
We start our day with a healthy breakfast, good conversation, and gratitude.
Children are welcomed with warm greetings, free play, sensory activities, books, and engaging learning invitations.
We gather for songs, calendar, weather, ASL signs, and our daily focus.
Stories, letters, phonics, writing, and language development through hands-on exploration.
STEM experiments, nature studies, sensory play, and problem-solving fun.
Healthy snack time and meaningful conversation together.
Fresh air, gross motor play, nature walks, gardening, and outdoor discovery.
Art, music, movement, and imaginative creative expression.
A nourishing lunch together, followed by helping clean up and set the table.
Rest, nap, or quiet activities to recharge our bodies and minds.
Small group learning, fine motor activities, puzzles, and engaging centers.
Songs, dances, instruments, and movement to build joy and confidence.
Children choose play experiences they love as they prepare for pickup.
We close out the day with pickup, hugs, and happy hearts!
